i always enjoyed learning biology and i liked being outdoors, but i never had much of an inspiration other than i wanted to continue learning about biology after my GCSEs and then after my A Levels. When i began my degree i started to get in to the topic of conservation and protection of our environment, that then lead me to wanting to a Masters after my time at university. My passion for protecting the planet and life on it then inspired me to apply for jobs were in science and had this at their core.
I have always loved to study how things work, how we make them and how to shape the environment around us in a creative way. So that led me to study engineering and design. I never expected working in biomedical research after, but I just followed topics to loved which led me there, where there is too much to do in a fainting environment. So I would say that ability to stay creative and be able to constantly learn new things from fascinating people inspired me
honey bees are fascinating creatures with such a complex social life. I study bee nutrition so I can help bees thrive in changing environment and climate
