I enjoyed doing experiments and learning about science when i was at school and doing my GCSEs. I liked knowing that science was basically story telling for how things work in our world, and that’s what helped me in my exams too – remembering the story of that subject. I like how in science you try and answer questions no one has thought of, or even asked! it some ways it’s so complicated but also once it clicks, it can be so simple. That’s why i love working in Science – i hear scientists stories about their science!

I enjoy learning, having the time to explore and study a subject, as well as challenging what we know. Science is a mix of knowledge and humility, as the more you learn, the more you realise you don’t know. You get to pick the question you want to study and spend the necessary time to try and find answers. And also you get to meet fascinating scientists!
